Pink Frogs becomes benefit society

On December 1, 2022, the Pink Frogs S.r.l. Shareholders’ Meeting decided to change its corporate name to Pink Frogs Cosmetics S.r.l. Benefit Society, thus formalizing also in the bylaws, its commitment to the pursuit of purposes of common benefit in the exercise of its economic activity.
