Pink Academy in collaboration with Randstad

The second edition of what we like to call Pink Academy has come to an end: a completely free training course organised in collaboration with Randstad and Forma.temp. The resources selected by Randstad recruiters (in this edition all under 30), and confirmed by our plant manager, followed an 80-hour training course that provided them with technical and practical training on production in the cosmetics sector and the use of packaging machinery. Thanks to this training, all participants were able to enhance their employability and 50% will be placed in the company with an employment contract.
