As required by the recent Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), Pink Frogs Cosmetics plants have obtained registration with the FDA.
The Modernisation of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA) is the most significant expansion of the FDA’s authority to regulate cosmetics since the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic (FD&C) Act was passed in 1938.
The substantive change that took place introduced obligations for manufacturers and provided for the extension of the FDA regulatory authority to cosmetics companies.
